Convenient location, close to attractions. Good heating. English-speaking tourist center nearby. Easy access to bus 29 for main sites. Direct access to pedestrian zone. Ideal for Ice and Snow Festival. Charming building. Lively bar.

Central location, walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Clean and functional rooms. Free breakfast with a variety of options, including pastries and cooked-to-order eggs. Helpful and friendly staff

Great Location & Spacious Rooms
The hotel has an excellent location, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, which gave me lots of space to move around comfortably. The bed was also comfortable, which made sleeping quite relaxing.
The rooms looked old and in need of maintenance. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom was dingy.

Great location in the heart of the action, close to many great restaurants and winter activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable with plenty of hot water.
The hotel could use some updates as it felt a bit run down. Housekeeping was inconsistent and there was no complimentary water or tea bags provided.
